We want you to love everything you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy online returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product . Return & exchange on all item . Exchanges for like items (same style and color in a different size and defective) are totally free.

Return & exchange

merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must have the original tags in place, and swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. If you would like to make a return or exchange an item for a different size, different color and defective items please process the request by contacting us at.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment you have used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

* Return/Exchange request passed the 30 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
